MY SWEET MAGGIE

Today is a difficult day for me. Tomorrow our little Maggie is going to make a visit to a possible Forever Home. The heaviness in my heart is almost unbearable. But this home sounds like it has been found by the Puppy Angels in Heaven that are helping us find Maggie a home.

It is a older couple and the husband has had a difficult work related injury so he is spending his days at home while his wife works. He does have a cat that likes to sleep in his lap but he really wants a companion dog. Doesn't that just fit Maggie?! They have a fenced yard for her to spend her outside time in so she will be safe.

Of course this will be up to the couple to see if they think she will fit into their family. So we are anxious to meet them.

What's harder...making the decision or going through with the decision...I wonder.  I guess I will know the answer to that soon enough.

We will let you know how this all works out for Maggie.

  8. Sasha,we believe Maggie will give us a sign. If I can just make it back out their door without crying she should be okay.
I must try real hard to be good...at least until we drive away.
