We know most of America is suffering from bitter cold, snowy, windy weather lately but we are experiencing beautiful weather here by the sea in the Pacific Northwest.
And we went to the park today!!!
This was Maggie's first big trip out of our yard and she saw many new things.
And it was quite the challenge for her to keep up with Big DogSister.
After awhile she decided she would rather wonder off by herself and explore the things that interested her...rocks, blades of grass, pieces of litter, goose droppings...you know...all the normal puppy fun things.
I don't think she missed a single thing to explore on her great adventure.
And considering her Maggie name is very new to her she was wonderful about running to us when we called when we thought she was to far away.
By the time we arrived home it did not surprise us when we went back into the living room to see what the dogs were up too and found little Maggie sound asleep dreaming about her great adventure.
And I just couldn't bring myself to disturb her when I found her in this odd position. But she did seem comfortable so there she stayed until she finally awoke from her much needed nap.
Oh, Maggie is adorable! They're both too cute together!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, check out my dog Trixie. She looked just like Maggie when she was a baby!
