SIGHTS ON MY WALK

Gosh, when I awoke this morning I really didn't feel any older than I was yesterday on my Birthday.  Well, I guess that's good.

And I am beginning to feel much more rested after our return from our home by the sea.  I did a lot more exploring while on my walk this morning.  And M.O.M. took this picture of our neighbors cows and though how much alike these two looked.  I guess it is "Like Mother, Like Daughter"!
I did wonder if I looked that much alike of my own mother.
It wasn't quite so warm today so M.O.M. and I went on two walks today.  On the second one all the chipmunks in the neighborhood seemed to be in the trees by the road just to taunt me.  So I had a lot of fun chasing them back up the trees.  Yeah, they thought they got away from me but they didn't seem to realize that I wanted them to get back up in those trees.  So I won!!

  1. You had a wonderful two walks already today and I can't get Bambi out to walk at all. We went out and she piddled and came right back to the back door and stood there. Of course it is hot!!! She is old and probably feels that heat a lot!!! I feel bad for her.
Happy birthday a little late but Happy Birthday!!!!!!!

  3. Thank you Fern for the Birthday wishes. My birthday was wonderful! And M.O.M. says that maybe in a few years I will be like Bambi and want to stay out of the heat too. But right now I love to be outside...running, resting, sitting watching the street or just keeping an eye on the neighbors! Hugs and wags, Mistaya

  5. Your walks sounded like fun! I don't chase anything....I just observe EVERYTHING! Beth tells me it's rude to stare but I just am trying to figure everything out! Can't wait to see lots of pictures! Have more fun walks, my friend!

  6. Sorry we missed your birthday Mistaya, we had internet problems and were gone most of two days if that is any excuse.
It's too hot to walk here so we work in the evening.

  7. So many new things to see on your walks. Glad to hear you kept the chipmunks on the run, they can be even more pesky than squirrels.

  8. Remington, when I am not out running through the forest I can be seen sitting on the deck staring. I need to make sure all is right with the world in my neighborhood. Then it's okay for me to "run blindly" thru the forest!:) Hugs and wags, Mistaya
