M.O.M. was opening the back door to let me out into the yard when she spotted this cute site on our back fence. She asked me to 'wait' and went back into the house and got her camera. All these little birds just seemed to sit there and wait for her to return so they could have their picture taken. There is a second fence behind our chain link fence that some of the birds seemed to prefer. M.O.M. said it looked like they were practicing getting "their ducks in a row"!!! Ha ha...cute M.O.M.!
Maybe they were gathered to welcome you to the neighborhood. They are so cute. Usually as soon as a door is opened the ones in our yard will fly away. That is great that they stayed for a photo opp.
